Depending on the individual goals a beginner will find comfortable Turinabol doses in the range of 15 – 30mg per day, although this is considered a low dose range where gains will not be exceptionally dramatic by any means. Such a Turinabol dose would provide noticeable but steady lean gains and almost nothing in the way of unwanted side effects except for those most sensitive. Intermediate users would find greater progress in the way of strength and mass gains upwards of 30 – 50mg per day with still very low incidences or chances of unwanted side effects. Advanced Turinabol doses land in the range of 50 – 80mg per day sometimes higher which would of course provide more dramatic strength and mass gains but at the expense of increased androgenic side effects at such an increased Turinabol dose. In general most users find satisfactory results in the middle of the total previously mentioned doses, which would be around 50mg per day. Doses lower than 40mg per day tend to be utilized merely for the preservation of lean mass during fat loss and cutting phases.
Running tren for me on a cut/recomp doesn't work is what I found out after running it twice. It drives my hunger up to a point where I have to eat a high amount of calories and pretty much have to bulk otherwise I end up going hypo non stop during the day. Pre tren I was eating around 1800 calories during my cut and a week into tren a I was having insane trouble eating anything less then about 2500 calories. Now I'm about 6 weeks into it and I'm having trouble eating less than 3500 calories a day (and if I would eat according to my hunger I would probably go up to 5-6k a day). Fortunately due to the effectiveness of tren I didn't pack on much fat (I definately gained some though) which is a shame during summer but I decided to embrace a slight bulk instead and just learn that tren is a bulking steroid only for me and next year I'll probably opt for something like primo/winstrol instead at the end of my cut.
Trenbolone is quite powerful especially when used in certain ways. In fact, Trenbolone is 3-5 times more anabolic and androgenic than Testosterone. Trenbolone binds to androgen receptors (ARs) with approximately three times the affinity of testosterone and has been shown to augment skeletal muscle mass and bone growth and reduce adiposity! Tren is one potent weapon in the bodybuilder’s arsenal. Therefore, trying to figure out a way to maximize Trenbolones amazing potential while minimizing its side effects has been a pursuit of mine. Obviously, reducing the dosage is a way to reduce side effects since many times side effects are dose dependent. Some users report that small, every day injections reduce side effects and this can easily be done with an insulin syringe in a lean muscle group. Stacking with complimentary steroids such as Testosterone maximizes Trenbolones potential and also reduces side effects such as loss of libido. I’m convinced there’s almost no other traditional injectable stack that’s as potent and versatile as Testosterone and Trenbolone. It’s a simple stack with enormous potential to harden muscle, promote fat loss and add raw strength. Since Trenbolone is so anabolic it’s a great muscle builder as well. I prefer dosing Testosterone at least two times higher than the Trenbolone dose however when entering a contest prep I prefer the opposite. I recommend either a replacement dose of Testosterone with Tren or no Testosterone at all in the final weeks of prep to illicit a dry shredded look. First time users of Trenbolone may start as low as 200mg Tren weekly to experience its powerful effects. More adventuresome users may double that dosage to 400mg Tren weekly.
